Plants purchased and waiting at the nursery for pick up or delivery, that have not left our property may be returned.
If your plants are already loaded on our delivery truck they are subject to a 20% restocking fee upon cancellation of your order.

Warranty Information
Trees and shrubs must be removed from their containers and planted in the ground with amended soil and appropriate irrigation (see our watering guide).
Perennials must be removed from their containers and planted in larger pots, raised garden beds,
or in the ground with amended soil and appropriate irrigation (see our watering guide).
Dead plants that are brought back and have not been replanted as described above,
will void the warranty.
Dead plants exhibiting symptoms of drought stress have not been receiving adequate irrigation,
will void the warranty.
Plants kept in their original containers require extensive watering.
At temperatures above 100F we have to water our container plants 4 times a day.
It is very easy for plants to dry out, blow over, and become stressed when they are kept in their original pots.
