Step 1: Start Searching
Look for the downward pointing triangle made up of three horizontal lines.
This will be in the upper right of the app when searching on a large screen like a desktop computer.
On a mobile device like a tablet or a phone this will appear after clicking on the magnifying glass in the search bar
Step 2: Searching with a Filter
Select a filter that interests you
Click on DONE once you've made your selection
The filter you selected will show up at the top in green.
You may add as many filters as you want to help narrow your search
Step 3: Make a selection
At this point you can select a plant from the list, or you can narrow the search by typing a keyword into the search bar
Try typing simple words like: fruit, tree, cactus, shade, flower
Now the search has been limited to fast growing and fruiting plants
Select a plant from the list that interests you to be taken to the plant info page
Here you can find information like; what town this will grow in, water and sun requirements, mature size, and much more
Step 4: Looking for another plant or starting a new search
Click on either of these locations to go back to the main page
If you want to start a new search be sure to remove your filters
